Manufacturing 90% complete
Currently, we are still polishing up some of the grammar on the event cards, instructions; and a new revision has been made to the rule. Some locations will require that you play both of your clue cards to trigger a more powerful effect. In the meantime, I am still waiting on art, the back cover of the instruction is missing, and we are also preparing the files for print, I should receive it in a few days.
Shipping Address and Backerkit 88% complete
Closing in on the pledge manager, still waiting on about 100 backer responses. Remember that backerkit hasn't been charged yet; it will be locked and charged when I lock it down. Book 30%
The story has been finished, it took a while to figure out how the book was going to end, the editor has just given me back the parchment with edits, and she loved it. Everything is coming along nicely. We will be putting up 4 pages as a teaser. Below is a sketch of the first page. This is the image for page 1.

The Larsons are off to Grandpa’s, but before they get there, they have to drive through some of the scariest terrain. Grandpa lives far away from the city, past the edgeless cliff, down the road with the seven graveyards, and into a forest where the light doesn’t reach.

“Why does your dad live in such a weird place? No wonder we never visit anymore,” says Mom. “Things will be okay, the scenery is different, and comforting for a change. I mean, all we see are buildings and technology all day,” says Dad. “…and what about the bathrooms?!? what happens if the car breaks down? Do we even have reception here?” says Mom. “You’re thinking too much into this. Remember when we used to always visit?” Dad says. Mom snarks back, “You mean before the kids? We have duties now!” “I know, I know… It will be fine” replies dad.

Suddenly a white ghost figure is staring at Leo outside the car. “Umm Mom, Dad,” says Leo as they drive through the graveyard. “Booo!!!!” says Luna as he tries to scare Leo. “Ahhh!” he shrieks. “Hahaha I got ya,” says Luna. “Luna, play nice with your brother” says Mom. “Yes mom,” Luna responds with a perfect smile. “But guys I thought I saw…” Leo says, but a sudden turn of the car just then interrupts the flow of conversation.

After two hours of driving, the Larson family finally arrives at the only house standing deep in the forest. They get out of the car exhausted and ready to sleep a long night. It’s been ages since they have seen Grandpa. Yet, something about the forest air smells refreshing, even in the dark.
